【Raw materials】

Excellent bone china is made by adding a large amount of bovine bone ash containing less impurities to the raw materials using feldspar and clay clay as the main raw materials.

【Forming】

Because the raw material contains a large amount of bone meal, the viscosity of the soil becomes smaller, so during the manufacturing process, the forming process requires extra care.

【Fired】

(1) After the forming process, it is fired at the highest temperature of 1250 °C. During the firing process, the shrinkage rate of bone porcelain is very large, so the finished product will shrink by 20% after kiln firing (general porcelain shrinks by 7%), so the shape is easily deformed. Plates, bowls, etc. must be placed on a special Kuang bowl to burn for a long time.
